This is a nice little exercise to help keep your pelvis (and core) in balance – especially if you’ve needed a few moves around the pelvis and tailbone in treatment.
A great time to do this is before you get out of bed in the morning !
how to do this exercise ?
Lie on your back – the floor or your bed is fine.
Bend one knee. Then straighten it to as high as is comfortable. Return your leg to the table in as slow, controlled way – you’ll be activating core and leg muscles.
Make sure you do both legs. About 5 times each leg is good – and it’ll only take a few minutes of the day !
BUT – IF YOUR BACK HURTS, THEN STOP !!
