Most people book appointments online.

If you prefer to contact directly – text message to 0451-117-387 is often fastest, as I can’t answer the phone or check voicemail while with clients but can give short replies between moves. If you want to speak in person, let me know and I can call you back in a break.

Online bookings can’t be made within a 12hour time window. If you want a last minute appointment, send a text and I’ll reply with availability.

Reminders are automatically sent by text and email 48 hours before your appointment time. If any changes need to be made, then that can be done online or by contacting me directly.

Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled online on the day of the appointment – please send a text message.

– Any cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment time (that can’t be filled) will be charged 50% of the appointment fee on their next visit.

– In the case of no-shows who later want an appointment, both the 50% no-show fee and the upcoming appointment charge will need to be paid by bank transfer at least 2 days prior to confirm the appointment.
