This breath flow was designed specifically for the times when something stressful has you distracted, breathing badly, or starting to ache. A terrible day at work. That awful boss driving you mad. Maybe just cut off in traffic or missing that train. When life doesn’t seem to be going your way… you might be feeling that back pain return, or your neck or shoulder starts aching… or your blood is boiling or your head wants to explode !

Put 10 minutes aside, and breathe with me… we’ll start off fast breathing, then slow it down step by step, with a few breath holds thrown in, to help you feel calmer by the end.

how to do this breath flow ?

Find a spot, away from whatever is stressing you… maybe somewhere away from others, so you can breathe loudly and deeply without feeling worried that others might hear you.

Grab a chair that you can sit upright in, not slouchy. You can do this all seated, or feel free to walk or stomp about initially, before settling into a chair for the slower breath.
