If I’ve brought your body back into balance, but there’s still some residual dural tension, then doing this exercise can help.

Oh, and it does just feel good and only takes a few minutes to keep a flexible back !

who would this help ?

Sometimes, even after I’ve done my work, some people still can’t touch their toes. And it’s not always a hamstring thing.

Have someone watch you bend forward toward touching your toes. Does your back stay flat ? and isn’t able to curl and bend ? then this exercise can help !

I’ve had one client who could only bend forward to mid-shins… after balancing his body, and then he did this exercise most days, he was able to touch his toes.

how to do this exercise ?

This one is too hard to explain – you need to watch the video.

Key is that it’s not just your arms that are moving around – get the whole upper body moving ! Just moving your arms won’t help make your back more flexible !
