While renovations to Goodsell St are happening, Simply Bowen Therapy will be working from Strive Wellness Centre near Marrickville Metro from 7 October for up to 6 months.

Hours are a little different at the new location.

Bookings will remain directly through Simply Bowen Therapy, not the Strive website.

Most people book their appointments online.

If you prefer to contact directly – text message to 0451-117-387 is often fastest, as I can’t answer the phone or check voicemail while with clients but can give short replies between moves. If you want to speak in person, let me know and I can call you back in a break.

Same-day appointments cannot be booked online. If you want to check for last minute availability, then send a text and I’ll reply with availability.

I usually block time for lunch breaks, but this time is not a fixed time, varies day to day. If you need an appointment during a lunch break, and can’t see one in the online calendar, send a text with desired time – I’ll check if my lunch break can move a little to fit you in.

Reminders are automatically sent by email 48 hours before your appointment time. If any changes need to be made, then that can be done online or by contacting me directly.

Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled online on the day of the appointment, but please send a text message. Note that such late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% fee added to your next visit.

Having worked 20 years in corporate life, I know how hard it can be to look after yourself and get treatment outside of work hours – after work bookings are available 3 evenings per week.
